Lived Experience: Dr. Keith is a clinician with AuDHD who was diagnosed later in life, and brings that firsthand understanding to every assessment.
Clinical Philosophy
"I provide comprehensive, neurodiversity-affirming autism and ADHD evaluations for adults. My goal is to help people gain clarity—not just determine whether they meet diagnostic criteria. Many of the individuals I work with have spent years wondering whether their experiences 'count,' whether they are interpreting things correctly, or why they seem to be working harder than everyone else just to manage what others appear to navigate with ease. A thoughtful evaluation should replace that uncertainty with understanding and help people make sense of their experiences in a grounded, evidence-based way."
A Personal Path to This Work
"My path to this work is deeply personal. As a clinician with AuDHD who was diagnosed later in life, I know what it's like to spend years searching for answers that never quite fit. Receiving those diagnoses didn't change who I was—it gave me a more accurate lens through which to understand myself. While I wish I'd had those answers sooner, I'm grateful to have them now, and I'm passionate about helping others find that same clarity."
